Customer Success Manager

Avieco is a market-leading independent sustainability team based in London. About the role

This role lies within our growing platform team and reports to our lead Product Manager, with plenty of head room to grow and to help shape the role.  

Our platform team works at the exciting intersection of technology and sustainability with a primary focus on our proprietary sustainability platform. The platform is growing quickly and has the ability to provide a single source of truth for our clients where they can measure and manage their environmental impacts alongside monitoring progress towards social goals.

You will be integral in helping us scale our sustainability platform and its usage both internally and externally. There’s a bit of everything in this role but the key objectives are:  

  • Champion the platform – increasing and extending platform adoption across existing and new clients, including helping to run demos and training sessions 
  • Be the voice of our customer – you will build a deep understanding for our customers and the problems they are trying to solve. You will also help us to make our solution even better by gathering continuous and vital feedback 
  • Support and scale our service – by helping us to respond to and manage queries from internal and external users of our platform. You will leverage the right resources and people to solve the problem at hand while spotting opportunities to solve issues for good  
  • Collaborate across teams – from helping business development through to our development teams you will ensure we keep our customers experience front of mind in all aspects of our work 


We need an organised self-starter who will own this space in our business and drive us all to develop, enhance, deploy and improve our offering. Key skills will include: 


  • Sustainable – has a passion for the work we do and the difference we are trying to make  
  • Technically minded – happy to get into the tech and work alongside our developers to make the product better and solve technical queries from users 
  • Excellent communicator – confident in presenting technical solutions and being client facing 
  • Driven and creative problem solver – you will take on problems and drive forward solutions to meet the demands of a fast-paced industry 
  • Numerate and analytical – has experience working with data and technology  
  • Personal organisation – Great time management and prioritisation skills; comfortable with managing multiple deadlines and priorities 
  • 2+ years demonstrable experience in a technical/data focussed customer success role 
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK   

Highly desirable 

  • Experience of working with Salesforce and Service Cloud 
  • Working on globally distributed B2B tech offerings 
  • Experience working within sustainability 
  • £35,000 to £45,000, depending on skills/experience plus
